Business consultant and coach, balancing between entrepreneurship, yoga and good techno.

How to stay relevant in the world of constant transformations and critical changes and see opportunities where others see threats?

Most often my clients approach me to define their professional and life strategy. I help them to see their life or business as a whole and define an area in which they want to grow. Together we draw up an action plan that will lead to development in the chosen area, and determine the first steps.

I use classic coaching tools and approaches in my work. I never offer ready-made answers and solutions. If necessary, our sessions can be converted into a business consultation format.

Neurocoaching is different from classic coaching as the former involves interconnections between consciousness, brain and behaviour that are necessary for a deep understanding of what’s going on with the person as the changes are taking place and how this process of their development and mastering new behavioural models can be improved.

Yoga and meditation are a big part of my life, but not at all necessary to be right for you.

About me:

Serial Entrepreneur with an established track record of start-ups within sports and entertainment where applying the powerful combination of technology and neuropsychology continues to give an edge and breed success for my companies.

After obtaining an Executive MBA degree in the joint program by two world’s largest business schools joined TicketsCloud project as a partner. A year later, Crypto.tickets project was launched. At the moment, I continue with both projects, being responsible for strategy and business development.

I have always been approached for advice on developing career, business, or simply in search of additional impetus for moving forward and upward. Most often this forward and upward turned into slower and deeper. Later this “slower and deeper” will become the start of the #slowtheworld movement.

An acquaintance with @Professor Hitendra Wadhwa from Columbia University was destined to become a turning point in my life. His course Personal Leadership and Success on life values as the basis for decision making and search for meaning (quite unexpected for a business school, isn’t it?) helped me reconsider my life and set direction for the future.

That was the start of my transformation towards mindful business and life. Three years later, after graduation from the business school I suddenly found myself, to everyone’s great surprise (except myself), on a yoga teacher mat and a student of Moscow Institute of Psychoanalysis.

Meeting Alena Razbirina in some magical way was quite a synchronicity.  Alyona is in charge of strategy at the largest communications agency in Russia and knows firsthand that successful careers are built with sleepless nights and 24/7 work schedule. Having survived a rather long period of endless stress, she has managed to find that notorious balance and a magical happiness pill.

Together with Alena, and thanks to her, I ended up at the Yoga Teaching Course at ThePracticeBali. It was during our long conversations over breakfasts and breaks between ayurveda and eastern philosophy lectures, that we came up with the idea of creating a program for deep immersion in Our Selves.

Our program empowers its participants with a better understanding of their abilities, helps activate inner resources, find the right direction for your efforts, as well as shape a better life, professional and business strategy.

Studies in modern psychology, neurophysiology and sociology in combination with philosophy, yoga and meditation practices have been tested and proven in our own experience.

My life's path began in Moscow and took me to Hong Kong via London and Bali. This journey has been a significant influence on me, particularly the rich combination of western business and eastern philosophy.

My 12 year old son is a truly global companion who supports me in all our movements most of the time!
